Overview

This application is a personal automation tool developed and operated solely by Leonhard Soenke for internal use. This service is not publicly available and is only accessible to the developer.

Information Collection and Use

This application accesses Gmail data exclusively for the following purposes:

Reading emails to automatically forward them based on predefined rules
Sending forwarded emails to specified addresses
Modifying email labels for organizational purposes

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely in Firebase Cloud Firestore and includes:

OAuth refresh tokens for Gmail API authentication
Email sync state and message identifiers
Processing logs for email forwarding operations

No email content is permanently stored. Only metadata (message IDs, labels, timestamps) is retained for operational purposes.

Data Sharing

This is a personal, internal-use application. No data is shared with third parties. Email forwarding is performed only to addresses explicitly configured by the developer.

Data Retention

Authentication tokens and operational logs are retained indefinitely for the proper functioning of the automation. Users can revoke access at any time through Google account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
